Blessmore Kazengura

Mr Kazengura has over 24 years working/consulting experience in various sectors of the Zimbabwean economy, including insurance and pensions sector. 

Before joining IPEC, he had exposure in the pensions industry as a trustee of a pension fund and was also a Non-Executive Director of a pool of pension funds where he chaired the Risk Management Committee. 

Mr Kazengura also worked for a telecoms company as a lead auditor, Finance Manager, and Head of Finance. He also had exposure to several organisations and industries as an external auditor and consultant. 

He holds an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Zimbabwe. Blessmore completed his Articles of Clerkship with a local firm of Chartered Accountants before joining the Public Sector where he held various managerial positions within the audit and financial management functions. He is an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
